The seller said that it was a mistake an offered me a discount and a better warranty. I received the discount but not the extended warranty after 1 month. Maybe I will received it soon.

I've got an electric cuisinart ice cream maker. It works well, but both recipes I've tried turn rock hard after a couple cuisinart ice cream maker ice-30bc of days in the freezer. I'm wondering if whipped cream added at the last minute wouldn't lighten it up some. It wouldn't technically be sorbet at that point but it might be scoopable. Any ideas are welcome. ( For the record - I'm not one of those anti-"dairy" people that runs around avoiding milk like its poisonous. I just like the lightness of sorbet. I'm not averse to any particular ingredients. This is dessert for crying out loud! )
